Hospital to Home is a simple, convenient service for tube fed patients, returning home from hospital.

Our helpline is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm. However, for emergency queries outside of these hours, please dial the freephone number and listen for the emergency number provided. 

However, in a medical emergency, please contact your Dieitian, Public Health Nurse, GP or Pharmacist.

Our Hospital to Home service can also provide assistance for tube fed patients travelling abroad on holiday. Please contact us for details of services available overseas.
