Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of PaediaSure® banana (200ml)
  • 1 packet of lemon jelly (135g)
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 carton of double cream (284ml)

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, melt the jelly in one tablespoon of hot water
  2. Allow jelly to cool and whisk through PaediaSure®
  3. In a small bowl, beat the cream and fold into the jelly mixture along with the banana
  4. Place in the fridge overnight to set
