Banana Jelly Mousse

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of PaediaSure® banana (200ml)
- 1 packet of lemon jelly (135g)
- 1 sliced banana
- 1 carton of double cream (284ml)
Method:
- In a large bowl, melt the jelly in one tablespoon of hot water
- Allow jelly to cool and whisk through PaediaSure®
- In a small bowl, beat the cream and fold into the jelly mixture along with the banana
- Place in the fridge overnight to set
