Berry Fruit Dream

Ingredients:
1 pack of PaediaSure® Plus strawberry
1 pack of strawberry jelly (135g)
Boiling water (160ml)
1 cup of mixed berries
Method:
1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the jelly in boiling water
2. Allow to cool for 5 minutes but do not allow jelly to set
3. Add PaediaSure® Plus and mixed berries, stirring constantly with a fork
4. Place the mixture in dishes or moulds and chill for approx 1 hour until set
Serving suggestions:
• Garnish with cream and chopped fruit
