Berry Fruit Dream

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Ensure® Plus Fibre raspberry (200ml)
- 1 pack of strawberry jelly (135g)
- Boiling water (160ml)
- 1 cup of mixed berries
Method:
- In a medium bowl, dissolve the jelly in boiling water
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes but do not allow jelly to set
- Add Ensure® Plus Fibre and mixed berries, stirring constantly with a fork
- Place the mixture in dishes or moulds and chill for approx 1 hour until set
Serving suggestions:
- Garnish with cream and chopped fruit
