Berry Jelly

Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet of Enshake® strawberry (96.5g)
  • 1 pack of strawberry jelly (135g)
  • Whole milk (240ml)
  • 20 fresh strawberries, chopped

Method:

  1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the jelly in boiling water
  2. Allow to cool for 30 minutes until the jelly is slightly set
  3. In a shaker, mix together Enshake® and milk until dissolved
  4. Combine Enshake® mixture with the jelly
  5. Place the strawberries in individual bowls and pour the Enshake® mixture over it
  6. Place the bowls into the fridge to allow to set
  7. Serve immediately

Serving suggestions:

  • Garnish with fresh strawberries and cream
