Enshake® Recipe
Bread and Butter Pudding

Ingredients:
- 1 sachet of Enshake® vanilla (96.5g)
- 12 slices of white bread, crusts removed
- Butter (55g)
- 3 tablespoons of marmalade
- Cream (400ml)
- Whole milk (240ml)
- 4 eggs
- Caster sugar (165g)
Method:
- Pre heat oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4
- Butter the bread and spread the marmalade on each slice
- Cut each slice in half
- Arrange the bread in a greased oven proof dish
- Blend Enshake®, milk and cream together in a blender until dissolved
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together and add to the blender
- Add the cream to the blender and mix well
- Pour the mixture over the bread and leave to soak for 10 minutes
- Place dish in the oven and cook for 60 minutes until the top is golden and the centre is soft
- Serve immediately
