Chocolate Coated Ice Cream

  • 1 sachet of Enshake® strawberry (96.5g)
  • Whole milk (100ml)
  • Strawberries, chopped (50g)
  • Raspberries (50g)
  • Blueberries (50g)
  • Cooking chocolate (200g)
  • 3 tablespoons of crushed almonds


  1. Blend Enshake® and milk together in a blender until dissolved
  2. Add the strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, blending further until a smooth consistency is reached
  3. Pour the mixture into a plastic container and place in the freezer overnight
  4. Melt chocolate in a bowl over hot water
  5. Scoop the Enshake® berry ice cream into individual glass dishes and coat with melted chocolate
  6. Sprinkle almonds over the top and place the bowls in a fridge until the chocolate hardens
  7. Serve immediately

  • Garnish with fresh berries
