Chocolate Coated Ice Cream

Ingredients:
- 1 sachet of Enshake® strawberry (96.5g)
- Whole milk (100ml)
- Strawberries, chopped (50g)
- Raspberries (50g)
- Blueberries (50g)
- Cooking chocolate (200g)
- 3 tablespoons of crushed almonds
Method:
- Blend Enshake® and milk together in a blender until dissolved
- Add the strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, blending further until a smooth consistency is reached
- Pour the mixture into a plastic container and place in the freezer overnight
- Melt chocolate in a bowl over hot water
- Scoop the Enshake® berry ice cream into individual glass dishes and coat with melted chocolate
- Sprinkle almonds over the top and place the bowls in a fridge until the chocolate hardens
- Serve immediately
