Creamy Cajun Pork Chops

Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of Nepro®HPvanilla (220ml)
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon of dried sage
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 2 teaspoons of pepper
- 4 raw pork chops
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons of parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon of chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Method:
- Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5
- In a large frying pan, heat the oil over a medium heat and fry the chops until fully cooked
- Add the onion and fry for a further 3 minutes
- In a large bowl, mix together the Nepro®HP, paprika, garlic, thyme, mustard, sage, cumin powder, pepper, butter, parsley and chilli sauce
- Place the pork chops in the dish, top with the Nepro®HP mixture and cover with tin foil
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked
- Serve on a bed of rice
