Creamy Cajun Pork Chops

  • 1 bottle of Nepro®HPvanilla (220ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoons of pepper
  • 4 raw pork chops
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons of parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5
  2. In a large frying pan, heat the oil over a medium heat and fry the chops until fully cooked
  3. Add the onion and fry for a further 3 minutes
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the Nepro®HP, paprika, garlic, thyme, mustard, sage, cumin powder, pepper, butter, parsley and chilli sauce
  5. Place the pork chops in the dish, top with the Nepro®HP mixture and cover with tin foil
  6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked
  7. Serve on a bed of rice
