Ingredients:

  • 3 packs of Ensure® Plus vanilla (600ml)
  • Custard Powder (37g)

Method:

  1. In a large saucepan, mix the custard powder with 30ml of Ensure® Plus to form a paste
  2. Place the remaining Ensure® Plus into another saucepan and heat gently (do not boil)
  3. Pour the heated Ensure® Plus into the paste and stir well
  4. Heat the mixture whilst stirring constantly (do not boil)
  5. Pour into a bowl and serve

Serving suggestions:

  • Top with prunes, raisins or jam
