Ingredients:

  • 660ml of Nepro® HP vanilla
  • Custard Powder (37g)

Method:

  1. In a large saucepan, mix the custard powder with 30ml of Nepro® HP to form a paste
  2. Place the remaining Nepro® HP into another saucepan and heat gently (do not boil)
  3. Pour the heated Nepro® HP into the paste and stir well
  4. Return the mixture to the saucepan and heat while stirring (do not boil)
  5. Pour into a bowl and serve

Serving suggestions:

  • Top with prunes, raisins or jam
