Nepro® HP Recipe

Duck a L’Orange

Serves 4

  • 1 bottle of Nepro® HP vanilla (220ml)
  • Plain flour (20g)
  • 2 teaspoons of pepper
  • 4 large duck breasts
  • White wine (25ml)*
  • 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 heaped teaspoons of orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons of oil


  1. In a small bowl, combine the flour and pepper
  2. Lightly dust the duck in the flour and pepper mixture
  3. In a large pan, heat the oil over a medium heat and fry the duck until cooked
  4. In a saucepan, mix together Nepro®HP, wine, parsley, bay leaf and orange marmalade and simmer for 20 minutes (do not boil)
  5. Pour the Nepro® HP mixture over the duck
