Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of Nepro® HP vanilla or Nepro® HP strawberry (220ml)
- Self raising flour (200g)
- Caster sugar (125g)
- Margarine (125g)
- 2 eggs
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 6
- Place bun paper cases into bun tins
- In a large bowl, mix together Nepro®HP, flour, sugar, margarine and eggs with an electric mixer until a smooth consistency is reached
- Place heaped spoonfuls of the mixture into each of the paper cases
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until a knife inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean
- Cool on a wire tray before serving
