French Toast

Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of Nepro® HP vanilla (220ml)
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- 4 slices of soft bread or French brioche
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Method:
- In a medium bowl, mix together Nepro® HP, eggs and cinnamon
- Soak the bread in the egg mixture until saturated
- In a large frying pan, melt the butter over a medium heat
- Place the bread into the pan and cook for approximately 10 minutes on each side or until golden brown
- Serve warm
