Homemade Fish Fingers

Ingredients:

  • 50ml of Nepro® HP vanilla
  • Cod, cut into thin strips (125g)
  • 1½ tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika powder
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4
  2. Place the Nepro®HP in a medium bowl and dip the cod strips in it, until fully coated
  3. In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic and paprika
  4. Roll the cod in the breadcrumb mixture until completely covered
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes and serve
