Homemade Fish Fingers

Ingredients:
- 50ml of Nepro® HP vanilla
- Cod, cut into thin strips (125g)
- 1½ tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- ½ teaspoon of paprika powder
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4
- Place the Nepro®HP in a medium bowl and dip the cod strips in it, until fully coated
- In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic and paprika
- Roll the cod in the breadcrumb mixture until completely covered
- Bake for 15-20 minutes and serve
