Macaroni Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet of Enshake® vanilla (96.5g)
  • Whole milk (240ml)
  • Macaroni pasta (250g)
  • 1 egg
  • Cheddar cheese, grated (300g)
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 6
  2. In a large saucepan, boil the macaroni for 15 minutes
  3. In a shaker, mix together Enshake® and the milk until dissolved
  4. In a medium saucepan, combine Enshake®, egg and 250g of cheese
  5. Cook the cheese mixture over a low heat until it thickens
  6. Pour the cheese sauce over the macaroni and stir through
  7. Place the pasta and cheese mixture in a baking dish
  8. Sprinkle on the paprika and the remaining cheese
  9. Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes
  10. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately
