Ingredients:
230ml of Glucerna® SR vanilla
1 cup of macaroni (150g)
½ cup of plain flour (60g)
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese (100g)
Method:
1. In a medium saucepan, boil the macaroni until cooked and drain well
2. In a large saucepan, add flour and Glucerna® SR, stirring constantly over a medium heat until a smooth paste forms (do not boil)
3. Remove from the heat
4. Add cheese and cooked macaroni to the Glucerna® SR mixture and mix thoroughly
5. Place in a greased casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top
6. Place under the grill for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts
7. Serve immediately
