Enshake® Recipe
Mashed Potato

Ingredients:
- ½ sachet of Enshake® vanilla (48.2g)
- Whole milk (120ml)
- 8 medium potatoes (1200g)
- Butter (30g)
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Method:
- Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes or until cooked
- Drain and mash potatoes with the butter
- In a shaker, mix together Enshake® and milk until dissolved
- Add Enshake® mixture to the potatoes
- Using a hand whisk, stir the mixture until a creamy consistency is reached
- Add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately
Serving suggestions:
- Garnish with spring onions or parsley
