Ingredients:

  • 67ml of Nepro® HP strawberry
  • Frozen strawberries (60g)
  • 2 drops of lemon juice
  • ½ cup of crushed ice
  • Sugar (25g)
  • 2-3 drops of red food colouring

Method:

  1. Blend the Nepro® HP strawberries, lemon juice, sugar and food colouring together in a blender until the sugar has dissolved and a smooth consistency is reached
  2. Pour the mixture into a plastic dish and cover with a lid
  3. Freeze until firm
