Ingredients:
- 67ml of Nepro® HP strawberry
- Frozen strawberries (60g)
- 2 drops of lemon juice
- ½ cup of crushed ice
- Sugar (25g)
- 2-3 drops of red food colouring
Method:
- Blend the Nepro® HP strawberries, lemon juice, sugar and food colouring together in a blender until the sugar has dissolved and a smooth consistency is reached
- Pour the mixture into a plastic dish and cover with a lid
- Freeze until firm
