Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients:
- 1 sachet of Enshake® strawberry (96.5g)
- Whole milk (240ml)
- Instant strawberry mousse (120g)
Method:
- Blend Enshake® and milk together in a blender until dissolved
- Add the mouse, blending further until a smooth consistency is reached
- Pour mixture evenly into 2 bowls and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving
Serving suggestions:
- Decorate with whipped cream, chopped almonds and fresh strawberries
