Ingredients:
- 1½ packs of Ensure® Plus Fibre strawberry (300ml)
- 1 serving of vanilla ice cream (75g)
- 4-5 strawberries
Method:
- Blend Ensure® Plus Fibre, ice cream and strawberries together in a blender until a smooth consistency is reached
- Pour into a tall glass and serve
