Ingredients:

  • 1½ packs of Ensure® Plus HP strawberry (300ml)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream (75g)
  • 4-5 strawberries

Method:

  1. Blend Ensure® Plus HP, ice cream and strawberries together in a blender until a smooth consistency is reached
  2. Pour into a tall glass and serve
