Strawberry Surprise

Ingredients:
- 2 packs of Ensure® Plus Fibre strawberry (400ml)
- 1 pack of strawberry jelly (135g)
- Boiling water (160ml)
Method:
- In a medium bowl, dissolve the jelly in boiling water
- Allow to cool for 30 minutes until the jelly is slightly set
- Add Ensure® Plus Fibre and whip for 5-7 minutes until fluffy
- Place the mixture in dishes or moulds and chill for approximately 1 hour before serving
Serving suggestions:
- Garnish with cream and chopped fruit
