Ingredients:
- 1 pack of PaediaSure® vanilla (200ml)
- 2 packs of PaediaSure® strawberry (400ml)
- 1 tablespoon of custard powder
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 packet of strawberry jelly
- 1 packet of strawberry Angel Delight®
- 1 jam swiss roll or trifle sponge (100g)
- Small tin of fruit in own juice or syrup (optional)
- Boiling water (125ml)
Method:
- Slice the swiss roll and place in the bottom of a large bowl
- In a medium bowl, melt the jelly in boiling water
- Add the fruit and 1 pack of PaediaSure® strawberry to the jelly and mix thoroughly
- Pour over the swiss roll and allow to cool
- In a medium saucepan, add custard powder and sugar to 1 pack of PaediaSure® vanilla and heat (do not boil)
- Allow the custard to cool and then pour it over the jelly
- In a medium bowl, add Angel Delight® powder to 1 pack of PaediaSure® strawberry and whisk
- Pour over the custard and place in the fridge until ready to serve
Serving suggestions:
- Serve with whipped cream and sprinkles
