Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of PaediaSure® vanilla (200ml)
  • 2 packs of PaediaSure® strawberry (400ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of custard powder
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 packet of strawberry jelly
  • 1 packet of strawberry Angel Delight®
  • 1 jam swiss roll or trifle sponge (100g)
  • Small tin of fruit in own juice or syrup (optional)
  • Boiling water (125ml)

Method:

  1. Slice the swiss roll and place in the bottom of a large bowl
  2. In a medium bowl, melt the jelly in boiling water
  3. Add the fruit and 1 pack of PaediaSure® strawberry to the jelly and mix thoroughly
  4. Pour over the swiss roll and allow to cool
  5. In a medium saucepan, add custard powder and sugar to 1 pack of PaediaSure® vanilla and heat (do not boil)
  6. Allow the custard to cool and then pour it over the jelly
  7. In a medium bowl, add Angel Delight® powder to 1 pack of PaediaSure® strawberry and whisk
  8. Pour over the custard and place in the fridge until ready to serve

Serving suggestions:

  • Serve with whipped cream and sprinkles
