Ensure® Plus Advance Recipe

Vanilla and White Chocolate Mousse

  • 220ml Ensure® Plus Advance vanilla flavour
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 250ml fresh cream
  • 20g raspberries (to garnish)
  • 50ml fresh cream (to garnish)


  1. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil
  2. In a large, heatproof bowl, break the chocolate into pieces and place the bowl on top of the saucepan
  3. As the chocolate begins to melt add Ensure® Plus Advance and vanilla extract
  4. When all the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth, remove from the heat and leave to cool for 10 minutes
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks
  6. Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream
  7. Leave to set in the fridge overnight

    * Boiling Ensure® Plus Advance may affect some of the nutrient content

Serving suggestions:

  • Serve with berries and cream.
