Ingredients:
- ½ bottle of Ensure® Plus HP vanilla (100ml)
- 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream (180g)
- 1 measure of brandy (25ml)*
Method:
- Blend Ensure® Plus HP, ice cream and brandy together in a blender until a smooth consistency is reached
- Pour into a tall glass and serve with ice
