Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Ensure® Plus Fibre vanilla (200ml)
- 1 heaped teaspoon coffee powder
- 1 measure of whiskey (25ml)*
- Whipped cream
Method:
- In a small saucepan, gently heat Ensure® Plus Fibre (do not boil)
- Add in the whiskey and coffee and mix thoroughly
- Pour into a mug
- Top with whipped cream and serve
