Enshake® Recipe
Vanilla Shake Cake

Ingredients:
- ½ sachet of Enshake® vanilla (48.2g)
- Whole milk (150ml)
- ½ teaspoon of lemon extract
- 1 teaspoon of almond extract
- Self raising flour (175g)
- Margarine, softened (150g)
- Caster sugar (175g)
- 2 medium eggs
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Pre heat oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4
- In a large bowl, cream the margarine and sugar together with a wooden spoon
- Gradually add in the eggs whilst mixing
- Add the flour and salt and stir well until a smooth mixture forms
- In a shaker, mix together Enshake® and milk until dissolved
- Add Enshake®, lemon and almond extracts to the flour mixture and stir gently
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9 inch loaf tin
- Bake for 45 minutes or until a metal skewer inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean
- Place on a cooling rack to cool
