Ingredients:
- 220ml (1 bottle) Ensure® Plus Advance banana flavour
- 1 medium banana (sliced)
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Method:
- In a blender add Ensure® Plus Advance and banana and mix thoroughly
- Add ice cream to the blender and blend until smooth
- Add ice cubes if desired and serve in a tall glass
