Ingredients:
- 200ml (1 bottle) Ensure® Plus Fibre banana
- 1 medium banana (diced)
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Method:
1. In a blender add Ensure® Plus Fibre and banana and mix thoroughly
2. Add ice cream to the blender and blend until smooth
3. Add ice cubes if desired and serve in a tall glass
