Ingredients:
125ml (1 bottle) Ensure® Compact banana flavour
1 medium banana (diced)
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Method:
1. In a blender add Ensure® Compact and banana and mix thoroughly.
2. Add ice cream to blender and blend until smooth.
3. Add ice cubes if desired and serve in a tall glass.
