Ingredients:
- 125ml Ensure® Compact Protein banana flavour
- 1 banana (diced)
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Method:
1. In a blender add Ensure® Compact Protein and banana and mix thoroughly.
2. Add ice cream to blender and blend until smooth.
3. Add ice cubes if desired and serve in a tall glass.
