Creamy Rice Pudding

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Glucerna® SR vanilla (230ml)
- Pudding Rice (40g)
- Whole milk (315ml)
Method:
- In a large saucepan, bring the rice and milk to the boil
- Reduce the heat and stir in Glucerna® SR (do not boil)
- Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally
- Add more milk if required
- Transfer to a bowl and serve
Serving suggestions:
- Top with strawberry jam, if desired
