Creamy Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Glucerna® SR vanilla (230ml)
  • Pudding Rice (40g)
  • Whole milk (315ml)

Method:

  1. In a large saucepan, bring the rice and milk to the boil
  2. Reduce the heat and stir in Glucerna® SR (do not boil)
  3. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally
  4. Add more milk if required
  5. Transfer to a bowl and serve

Serving suggestions:

  • Top with strawberry jam, if desired
