Ingredients:
600ml of PaediaSure® Plus Fibre vanilla
Custard Powder (35g)
Method:
1. In a large saucepan, mix the custard powder with 30ml of PaediaSure® Plus Fibre to form a paste
2. Place the remaining PaediaSure® Plus Fibre into another saucepan and heat gently (do not boil)
3. Pour the heated PaediaSure® Plus Fibre into the paste and stir well
4. Heat the mixture whilst stirring constantly (do not boil)
5. Pour into a bowl and serve
Serving suggestions:
• Top with prunes, raisins or jam
