Ingredients:

  • 3 packs of Glucerna® SR vanilla (690ml)
  • Custard Powder (37g)

Method:

  1. In a large saucepan, mix the custard powder with 30ml of Glucerna® SR to form a paste
  2. Place the remaining Glucerna® SR into another saucepan and heat gently (do not boil)
  3. Pour heated Glucerna® SR into the paste and stir well
  4. Return the mixture to the saucepan and heat while stirring (do not boil)
  5. Pour into a bowl and serve

Serving suggestions:

  • Top with prunes, raisins or jam
