Ingredients:

  • 3 bottles of ProSure®vanilla (660ml)
  • Custard Powder (45g)

Method:

  1. In a large saucepan, mix the custard powder with 30ml of ProSure® to form a paste
  2. Place the remaining ProSure® into another saucepan and heat gently (do not boil)
  3. Pour heated ProSure® into the paste and stir well
  4. Heat the mixture whilst stirring constantly (do not boil)
  5. Pour into a bowl and serve

Serving suggestions:

  • Top with prunes, raisins or jam
