Ingredients:
230ml of Glucerna® SR Vanilla
2 eggs
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
4 slices of soft bread or French brioche
1 tablespoon of butter
Method:
1. In a medium bowl, mix together Glucerna® SR, eggs and cinnamon
2. Soak the bread in the egg mixture until saturated
3. In a large frying pan, melt the butter over a medium heat
4. Place the bread into the pan and cook for approximately 10 minutes on each side or until golden brown
5. Serve warm
