Ingredients:
- 220ml (1 bottle) Ensure® Plus Advance in flavour of choice
- 1 medium banana / 4-5 strawberries / handful of mixed berries
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- Ice cubes, if desired
Method:
- In a blender, add Ensure® Plus Advance and chosen fruit, and mix thoroughly
- Add ice cream to blender and blend until smooth
- Add ice cubes if desired and serve in a tall glass
