Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:
• 1 bottle Ensure® Plus (flavour of preference)
• 1 banana/4-5 strawberries/handful of mixed berries
• 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
• Ice cubes, if desired
Method:
1. In a blender, add Ensure® Plus and chosen fruit, and mix thoroughly.
2. Add ice cream to blender and blend until smooth.
3. Add ice cubes if desired and serve in a tall glass.
