Ingredients:
- 220ml Ensure® Plus Advance (flavour to preference)
- 50ml double cream
Method:
- In a large bowl, whisk cream until stiff
- Add Ensure® Plus Advance to a bowl and mix thoroughly
- Place mixture into a plastic container and freeze overnight to allow mixture to set
