Ingredients:
- 125ml Ensure® Compact Protein (flavour to preference)
- 50ml Double cream
Method:
1. In a large bowl, whisk cream until stiff
2. Add Ensure® Compact Protein to bowl and mix thoroughly
3. Place mixture into a plastic container and freeze overnight to allow mixture to set
