230ml of Glucerna® SR (flavour to preference)
50ml Double Cream

Method:

1. In a large bowl, whisk cream until stiff.

2. Add Glucerna® SR to bowl and mix thoroughly.

3. Place mixture into a plastic container and freeze overnight to allow mixture to set
