Ingredients:
- 220ml (1 bottle) Ensure® Plus juce in flavour of choice
- 50ml sparkling mineral water
- Ice Cubes
Method:
- In a shaker, whisk the Ensure® Plus juce lightly
- Pour over ice into a tall glass
- Add sparkling water
- Stir gently and serve
