ProSure® Recipe
Oat Pancakes

Ingredients:
• 220ml of ProSure® vanilla
• ½ cup of rolled oats (60g)
• 1 cup of flour (150g)
• 1 egg
• ½ teaspoon of baking powder
• 1 tablespoon margarine
Method:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the ProSure® oats, flour, egg and baking powder until a batter forms
2. In a large pan, melt the margarine over a medium heat
3. Add ¼ cup of the batter to the pan
4. Cook for a few minutes until the pancake is dry around the edges and golden brown on both sides
5. Repeat steps 2-4 as required
Serving suggestions:
• Add chocolate chips to the pancake batter before cooking
• Garnish the pancakes with chopped fresh fruit and cream
