Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet of Enshake® vanilla (96.5g)
  • Whole milk (240ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of double cream
  • Porridge oats (60g)

Method:

  1. Using a shaker, mix together Enshake® with the milk until dissolved
  2. Add porridge and Enshake® to a microwaveable bowl
  3. Microwave for 2 minutes
  4. Remove from the microwave and stir
  5. Return to the microwave and heat for a further 2 minutes
  6. Stir in the cream and serve warm

Serving suggestions:

  • Top with jam, honey or sugar
