Ingredients:

  • 200ml (1 bottle) Ensure® TwoCal neutral
  • 4 eggs
  • 50g butter

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the Ensure® TwoCal neutral and eggs together
  2. In a large saucepan, heat butter over medium heat and add the egg mixture. Ensure not to bring the mixture to the boil as this may affect the nutritional composition
  3. Continue to heat, stirring occasionally, until the desired texture is reached
