Ingredients:
- 220ml (1 bottle) Ensure® Plus Advance strawberry flavour
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream (75g)
- 4-5 strawberries
Method:
- Blend Ensure® Plus Advance, ice cream and strawberries together in a blender until a smooth consistency is reached
- Pour into a tall glass and serve
