Vanilla Irish Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Glucerna® SR vanilla (230ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of coffee powder
  • 1 measure of whiskey (25ml)*
  • Whipped cream

Method:

  1. In a small saucepan, gently heat Glucerna® SR (do not boil)
  2. Add in the whiskey and coffee and mix thoroughly
  3. Pour into a mug
  4. Top with whipped cream and serve
  • Only use if alcohol is permitted by your Healthcare Professional.
    25ml is one standard measuring unit of whiskey.
