Ingredients:
- 220ml Ensure® Plus Advance vanilla flavour
- 1 fruit yoghurt
Method:
- Blend Ensure® Plus Advance and yoghurt together in a blender until a smooth consistency is reached
- Pour into a tall glass and serve
Serving suggestions:
- Freeze and serve as an ice cream
- Decorate with chopped fruit or sprinkle with digestive biscuits
