Ingredients:
- 220ml (1 bottle) Ensure® Plus Advance vanilla flavour
- 125g fruit yoghurt
Method:
- Blend Ensure® Plus Advance and yoghurt together in a blender until a smooth consistency is reached
- Pour into a tall glass and serve
