Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Ensure® Plus HP vanilla (200ml)
- 1 fruit yoghurt (125g)
Method:
- Blend Ensure® Plus HP and yoghurt together in a blender until a smooth consistency is reached
- Pour into a tall glass and serve
Serving suggestions:
- Freeze and serve as an ice cream
- Decorate with chopped fruit or sprinkle with digestive biscuits
