Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of ProSure® vanilla (220ml)
  • 1 fruit yoghurt (125g)

Method:

  1. Blend ProSure® and yoghurt together in a blender until a smooth consistency is reached
  2. Pour into a tall glass and serve

Serving suggestions:

  • Freeze and serve as an ice cream
  • Decorate with chopped fruit or sprinkle with digestive biscuits
